Power Systems Electrical Engineer Location: Henrico, VA: Job Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $90,000+ annually (based on experience) Position Summary: An established industrial organization is hiring a Power Systems Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems used in power distribution and control applications. This is a hands-on role that works closely with engineering, production, and project teams to bring concepts through to completion. Primary Responsibilities: - Create and develop electrical system designs for control and power distribution applications - Produce schematics, technical documentation, and bills of materials - Contribute to new product initiatives and enhance existing electrical systems - Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and compliance requirements - Provide technical support to manufacturing and operations teams - Partner with cross-functional teams throughout design, build, and production phases - Track progress and participate in project coordination efforts Required Background: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering - 5 to 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles - Stro...
