We are currently searching for a manager to join our team and to lead and coordinate our established group of junior and senior project managers. Our ideal candidate will have strong talent for people management and will be key in further developing our internal PMO organization. Objectives of this role: Implement and maintain project initiatives that follow our organizational objectives, while developing our PMO organization as a whole. Oversee a team of junior and senior project managers, deliver on people management responsibilities and ensure key delivery targets are met. Track and manage the capacity of the team to maximaze effective role distribution Have complete ownership of any assigned projects and have comprehensive understanding of its components, objectives, timelines, and clients.
