JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing a variety of duties including properly preparing, cooking, and storing food items to establish consistent yields and food quality, cleaning dishes, busing tables, maintaining restrooms and other general maintenance duties as outlined in the department training guide. Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
