Despatch Operative: - Location: Runcton - Salary: £29,047.00 per year - Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM - Department: Despatch About the Role: Join our Despatch team as a Picker/Loader and play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are picked and loaded accurately, safely, and on time. You’ll help maintain high standards of quality and efficiency while supporting the smooth operation of our logistics department. What You’ll Do: - Pick and load customer orders correctly, following Health & Safety guidelines. - Complete all relevant paperwork accurately. - Communicate effectively with the Despatch Team Leader and Logistics Administrator. - Organise pallets, crates, and products for safe space management. - Carry out daily equipment checks (pump trucks, forklifts, vehicles). - Remove waste from factory areas and dispose of it according to company policy. - Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
