Job Expectations An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join the Gold Coast services team as a Field Engineer working on the nbn network. The Field Services (FS) Team within Chief Operations Business Unit, provides Field Workforce capabilities across all technologies for, Service Activation, Service Assurance, Network Assurance, Network Maintenance, Customer Complaints linked with Network faults and Quality Inspection. A bit about your role: Based in Gold Coast , your new role as a Field Engineer will focus on representing nbn’s Field Services team in all field-based assurance and build activities specifically related to the HFC network. You will be responsible for supporting HFC network integration, augmentation, and upgrades, as well as conducting field audits and ensuring connect quality and Delivery Partner performance across services linked to the HFC infrastructure. This role demands high-level field support, which may include travel, scheduled after-hours work, and participation in an on-call roster to respond to urgent HFC-related escalations and service issues.
