FocusKPI is seeking an  Inventory Specialist to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company. Work Location: Mountain View, CA; Onsite role (5 days a week) Duration: 7-month contract with potential to extend depending on your performance in the future Pay Range: $30+/hr Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Assists with study equipment and device setup (pairing devices, app installation, etc.) - Maintains detailed logs of lab inventories. - Packages and ship study supplies. - Keeps detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments. - Comply with the client's device audits. - Light clerical activities like printing, stapling, and filing. - Maintain the physiological data collection lab, keeping an organized, clean, and safe working environment. - Operates and maintains the physiological data collection laboratory equipment onsite. - Maintain good clinical practice, following applicable health and safety principles and practices. - 1-2 years of experience assisting in an office preferred - PC and Smartphone App (Android and iOS) skills - Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other applicable applications - Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Detail-ori...
