Responsibilities: Quality Tech I Conducts process and product audits to ensure team members are following standardized operating procedures and adhering to all quality standards. Implements resolutions from basic to moderately complex problems. Exercises judgement within procedures and practices in selecting methods and techniques for arriving at solutions. Implements process improvements to continuously improve quality. Cross train in multiple departments or stations and flex to other similar departments based on business necessity.
