As a Senior Product Manager in our Messaging & Analytics area, you'll own the product surface that every single one of our customers uses daily — the messaging channels they send on, the journeys and campaigns they build, and the analytics they use to decide what to do next. You'll partner directly with engineering and design to discover, scope, and ship — and you'll make the product measurably more AI-first as you go, turning manual configuration into something conversational, intelligent, and effortless for our customers. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Own the roadmap and delivery for a major slice of the charles product — our messaging channels (WhatsApp, RCS, and future channels), Journeys, Campaigns, Contact Management, and Analytics - Drive continuous iteration on mature, high-usage features: understand what's working, what isn't, and where the highest-leverage improvements are - Make our core product meaningfully more AI-first — rethinking flows, configuration, and anal...
