The Community Outreach & Placement Coordinator plays a central role in managing the outreach, recruitment, and placement pipeline for the IRISE Ealy Education Pathways apprenticeship program. This role is responsible for executing targeted outreach strategies, building and maintaining community partnerships, and coordinating participant placement into early learning settings. The coordinator serves as a key connector between IRISE staff, community partners, and placement sites, ensuring that recruitment and placement activities are organized, tracked, and progressing in line with program goals.
