As CRM Executive you will take ownership for the planning, execution of CRM campaigns and implement test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs. The role will focus on email communications; briefing, campaign setup, audience selection, proofing and campaign performance analysis using pre-existing templates. The CRM Executive will also take ownership of the development and optimisation of automated lifecycle email marketing campaigns.
