At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview: The Manufacturing Team Leader supervises the production of mechanical assemblies for products of low to high-level complexity/density and monitors the inventory control related to that. This is a 2nd shift opening that has a schedule of Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm. Duties: What your background should look like - Coordinate the daily flow of work in the production cell. - Assist in drafting and training of SOP and work instructions. - Daily interaction with department team lead and supervisor to maximize productivity and prioritize daily activities. - Provide feedback to Supervisors regarding Employee performance. - Mentoring team to troubleshoot and fix processing problems. - Providing guidance to meet work cell performance metrics. - Training all associates on duties and responsibilities in all job classifications. - Update training matrix. - Hold daily TIER I meetings and adhere to Team Leader Standard work requirements. - Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives through TEOA. - Atte...
