Your Role We’re growing our Workforce & Organisation team and are looking for purpose-driven Consultants/ Senior Consultants who are excited to help shape the future of work. In this role, you’ll partner with clients across diverse environments to design and deliver meaningful workforce transformation bringing together evidence-based workforce design, behavioural science, and AI-enabled workforce analytics to solve complex people challenges. You’ll work across areas such as HR transformation, organisational design, workforce composition, learning and skills, and enterprise‑wide change initiatives-supporting organisations to not only design the future, but successfully navigate and embed change. This includes shaping change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, designing communications and adoption approaches, and enabling leaders and teams to transition confidently to new ways of working.
