Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring Operations Supervisor for 2nd Shift at our Ridgeway, SC Location Schedule: 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday to Friday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required) Compensation: 65k-80k: THE ROLE: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a production team towards accomplishing production team goals. In addition, the Supervisor participates in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve plant performance. This role performs a variety of routine and non-routine management and supervisory functions in accordance with standard procedures to ensure manufacturing employees meet all safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery goals.
