Manage and monitor the delivery of services and the outcomes for one or more application clusters. 2. Ensure consistency of the model across all application clusters within the tower. 3. As liaison between the support organization and tower business partners, helps ensure appropriate levels of service are met for current and assists in efforts on continuous improvement of the service and SLA/OLA reviews. 4.
