Intake/Admissions LPN - Mid Shift | Miramont Behavioral Health | Middleton, Wisconsin About the Job: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00AM - 7:00 PM (No Weekends) Pay: $30/Hr. - $35/Hr. *Not patient facing - Call Center (Full Time - Onsite) The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direction of a qualified professional nurse. Participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, within the objectives, standards, and policies of the department and within the parameters of the licensing board. Communicates and works collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary team i.e., medical staff, administration, clinicians, dietitians, and milieu personnel. Takes reasonable care and precautions to ensure high patient safety standards and a therapeutic environment exist. Roles and Responsibilities: · Provides direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a registered professional nurse, while always maintaining the assurance of patient safety and following unit and hospital policies and procedures.
