The Program Coordinator will provide supervision to staff in the day to day operations of the rental group and family camp programs. Responsibilities include supervision and managing programs. SALARY RANGE: $27.00 - $30.00/hour: Typical work week for this position is Thursday-Monday ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Supervise staff, recruit, train, coach, schedule, etc. - Oversee a Program Area (ex: high ropes, target sports, aquatics) based on skills and experience. - Assist the Program Director in planning and managing pre-camp and in-service staff training. - Manage the inventory, restocking maintenance, organization, repair and cleanliness of all program equipment and supplies. - Assist in program needs for Client Groups, Family Camps, and Weddings. - Use established system for communication with other camp departments. - Provides overnight on-call supervision as needed throughout the program. - Maintain up to date contact information and availability for all group program staff. - Participate in the Community Campaign; fundraising for the Y - Other duties and responsibilities WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: To perform this job successfully an employee must be able to perform each es...
