Overview Salary Range: $183,001-$321,522: This role leads the Americas OCM International Supply Chain business, overseeing strategy, commercial performance, and executive customer engagement. Responsibilities include setting growth targets for strategic customers, ensuring deal governance, driving revenue expansion with differentiated solutions, and acting as senior sponsor for major accounts. The position collaborates with Sales/BD, Operations, IT, and Finance to align solution delivery with customer commitments and margins. It also manages the regional solution roadmap and capability development, scaling technology-enabled offerings. As a people leader, the role builds leadership across Client Management, Sales, and Solutions Design to foster sustained growth and customer advocacy.
