Role Overview We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who’s hungry to drive the technical direction of our product and lead a small, high-performing team that ships with impact. You’ll be the technical counterpart to our Product Lead — working side-by-side to shape roadmaps, make tradeoffs, and ensure we’re building the right things the right way. All of our engineering managers write code regularly, so you should bring both the desire and ability to stay hands-on with development — ideally with a strong focus on frontend architecture and user-facing experiences. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and grow a small, high-performing product engineering team with a strong emphasis on building exceptional frontend experiences. Partner closely with Product Lead and broader engineering team to align vision, execution, and outcomes. Drive technical decisions, architecture, and delivery excellence. Build a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous learning. Raise the bar on our code quality, setting standards and regularly providing hands-on guidance.
