This role identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts targeting U.S. persons, operations, technologies, and national security interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies. The Team Lead integrates all-source counterintelligence analysis, operational planning, and interagency coordination to synchronize Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) across the Department of War and the broader Intelligence Community, ensuring alignment with National and DoW Counterintelligence Strategies.
