About the role We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Denmark. In this role, you’ll work close to the core of our operations — not hands-on in daily execution, but close enough to understand how everything works in practice. You’ll focus on planning, follow-up, and continuous improvement across key areas like pickup, linehaul, routing, and courier engagement. You’ll play an important role in making sure we have the right plans in place, that we stay on top of performance and costs, and that what we plan actually works in reality. It’s about creating structure, working with data, and helping turn insights into better decisions as we continue to scale. This is not a pure analytics role — but you should be comfortable working with data, breaking it down, and using it to support decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with both Operations and Commercial, acting as a bridge between teams and helping ensure alignment across the business.
