Overview of Role This position serves as a primary interface between TSMC and one of our leading U.S. semiconductor customers focused on advanced computing and high-performance technologies. The Account Manager (or Technical Manager) will drive technical and business collaboration, oversee operational execution, and align foundry and packaging capabilities with customer roadmaps. Success requires a balance of commercial acumen, technical fluency, and strong cross-functional partnership. Responsibilities: - Lead discussions on advanced packaging technologies and silicon process coordination. - Manage foundry operations, capacity planning, and project forecasting. - Serve as the key liaison across internal functions — including Product Planning, Field Technology Support (FTS), Business Development, and Operations. - Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure smooth execution. - Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify business growth opportunities. - Foster long-term partnerships through consistent communication and problem-solving.
