Equipment Operator II - 3rd Shift

Job description

An Equipment Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of moderately complex automated assembly machines. This individual will ensure the continued operation of assembly machines through interpretation of and appropriate response to machine faults and through occasional alignment of stations and fixtures. This individual will perform moderately complex, repetitive tasks associated with machine operation and is expected to endure a moderate level of equipment attentiveness. The operator is also responsible for ensuring that medical devices are assembled with the highest quality possible. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform start-up operation from power off/cold state; complete equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklist. - Conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks. - Participate in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation. - Perform work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition and inventory management systems. - Pull test samples for QC in process inspection, remove completed production from machine and place in finished goods totes. - Fill...
