Tool and Die Maker Department: Manufacturing / Operations / Quality Employment Type: Full Time: Location: US - Oklahoma - Wilburton Description: Responsible for creating needed replacement parts for various machines throughout the plant from drawings, sketches, or verbal descriptions. Key Responsibilities: - Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System. - Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor. - Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. - Supports the manufacturing process by assisting in repair of equipment. - Teams up with other maintenance staff and engineers to find out the part that needs to be created. - Utilizes various machines to create the required part as determined. - Follows blueprints if available to create required parts. - Participates in improvement events and recommends improvements to existing processes. - Performs other duties as required or assigned.
