Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of automotive glass and related materials. - Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders . - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner. - Conduct quality checks to ensure glass products are free from defects and meet company standards. - Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and participate in cycle counts. - Follow proper handling and safety procedures to minimize product damage and ensure workplace safety. - Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products. - Keep warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and properly storing materials. - Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations. - Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous warehouse or logistics experience, especially handling fragile materials, is a plus. - Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to use forklifts and w...
