Overview: Job Description Summary: Maintains the efficient flow of the activity in the Shipping Receiving section of Central Distribution. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Coordinates and performs the daily functions for supply and equipment distribution for departments as well as shipping services. - Notifies departments of order status. Advises essential stakeholders of problems and delays on orders as needed. - Acts as a liaison between department leadership, support staff, vendors, and customers to fulfill supply and equipment requests, resolve incorrect orders, invoice discrepancies, shipping and courier services, and vendor returns. - Receives and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness. Education Requirement: High school graduate or equivalent, required. Licensure Requirement: (not specified) Certifications: Must be willing to become certified trainer for powered industrial lift trucks (OSHA requirement).
