Underwriting Manager-East Department: Professions: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: US - New York: Reporting To: Bryan Nogaki: Compensation: $250,000 - $280,000 / year Description: This is a senior leadership role within CFC US’s underwriting management team, with responsibility for leading and growing our US Corporate Professions portfolio across the East Coast. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering underwriting strategy, driving profitable growth and building high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-growing business. As the regional lead, you’ll have accountability across the full underwriting lifecycle. From new business and renewals through to pricing, risk selection and coverage, while acting as a senior escalation point and trusted leader for underwriters in the region. About the role: In this role, you’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You’ll work closely with the Head of US Corporate Professions and global underwriting leadership to help set portfolio direction, support the P&L process and contribute to annual planning.
