You’ll also provide clerical support and assistance to both internal team members and external customers, helping ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations. What you will do: Greets and communicates with patients via phone or in person in a courteous and professional manner identifying themselves and their department. Answers telephones in a timely, courteous, and professional manner utilizing appropriate scripting. Processes calls to ensure patients are transferred to the appropriate staff member/provider in a timely manner.
