Overview Shure is seeking a Marketing Data Specialist I to build the insight behind products people trust. The Marketing Data Specialist I is an entry‑level role designed for someone eager to build a strong foundation in marketing operations, analytics, and data‑driven decision making. This position supports the execution of marketing initiatives by helping organize, maintain, and analyze marketing and engagement data. The role provides hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams to understand customer behavior, improve marketing effectiveness, and support the generation of high‑quality leads that help sales teams succeed. This position will be hybrid based out of our Niles, IL HQ!
