Anytime Mailbox is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a high-growth, recurring revenue marketplace environment. This role is not just about reporting numbers — it’s about understanding the economics of our subscription platform, protecting gross margin, and helping scale a two-sided marketplace of customers and operators. You will own the monthly reporting cycle with a strong focus on Revenue, COGS) and unit economics. This is a high-visibility role requiring you to translate complex SaaS and marketplace metrics into clear insights for executive leadership. Requirements: - Lead the month-end reporting package integrating GAAP financials with key SaaS and marketplace metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, NRR, ARPU). - Reconcile Revenue and Operator Fees to ensure accurate reporting. - Maintain dashboards tracking subscription health, cohort behavior, and margin trends. - Monitor subscription revenue recognition across plans, locations, and services. - Analyze Operator Fees as Cost of Revenue to protect and scale Gross Margin. - Track CAC, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin by acquisition channel and operator type. - Build renewal cohort models to monitor retention, expa...
