The Assistant Casino Manager-Slots is responsible for supervising Slot Staff, verifying transactions and payouts, and assisting the Casino Manager-Slots. Monitors compliance with all established companies, departments, and regulatory agency rules and regulations; provides training feedback, and disciplinary action regarding these rules and regulations - Responsible for monitoring staffing levels, bank/floor assignments, daily and weekly schedules to include breaks. - Directly responsible for training slot employees, providing each with knowledge and appropriate directions to perform his/her responsibilities - Monitors compliance with all established companies, departments, and regulatory agency rules and regulations; provides training feedback, and disciplinary action regarding these rules and regulations. - Provides each employee with clear directives needed to meet departmental standards and achieve departmental and company goals - Exhibits sound decision-making qualities, motivates personnel, and exhibits effective supervisory skills. - Assist in performing jackpot and fill transactions.
