Growth Planner (m/f/d) Bayer Crop Science is a leading agricultural company specializing in innovative crop protection products, seeds, and digital solutions to help farmers sustainably increase productivity. The Growth Planner is responsible for steering demand generation and sales activities by coordinating the Customer Facing Squad to maximize portfolio value and execute the commercial strategy across the territory. The position ensures strong customer centricity, promoting integrated solutions, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and sustainable growth.
