Department: 36317 Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital - CT Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Part-time. 1st and 2nd shifts Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 $5,000 sign-on bonus! Major Responsibilities: - Performs Computed Tomography procedures utilizing General Electric Revolution, Lightspeed, Brightspeed, and HD750 Computerized Tomography Systems according to established operating procedures, clinical protocols, and imaging techniques. - 1)Performs computerized post-processing of images using reconstruction software appropriate to the pathology or region of interest under investigation. - 2)Addresses minor customer complaints. Tactfully resolves complaints; refers difficult complaints or sensitive issues to higher authority. - Coordinates the scheduling of inpatients and outpatients to ensure efficient utilization of CT equipment and personnel. - Performs Quality Assurance Tests on CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and equipment performance. - 1)Maintains equipment safety by performing daily Tube Warm Up and Calibrations on CT scanners. - 2)Communicates equipment issues or concerns to appropriate personnel and/o...
