DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: We are seeking a Java Developer with strong analytical skills to support application understanding, code analysis, and modernization initiatives. This role will focus on reviewing existing Java codebases, identifying business logic, and collaborating closely with Business Analysts (BAs) to translate technical functionality into clear functional requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with legacy or complex Java applications and be able to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
