RN Supervisor – Lead. Mentor. Make an Impact! FT Night Shift Available: Location: Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. If you’re passionate about patient care, mentoring staff, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do: Lead clinical activities and support nursing staff across all patient age groups . Mentor and guide nurses, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care . Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinical Leaders to optimize staffing and patient care . Manage emergency clinical situations and support staff development/competency assessments. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and the principles of a Healing Environment .
