As Commercial Executive, you will be the guardian of the onsite customer experience for Betfair Spain, owning the planning, localisation and delivery of content, addressing crucial customer trends and testing initiatives that drive meaningful engagement and retention. You will sit at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Trading, Brand, Customer Support and Content, making sure the Spanish market receives a best-in-class localised experience at every touchpoint. This role requires someone who can build a content plan from the ground up, combining local market knowledge and data to make smart decisions, while maintaining the attention to detail that translation review and customer-facing quality demand.
