If you’re already WRT certified and ready for more responsibility, steady work, and growth opportunity — we want to meet you. - Health insurance - Paid time off What We’re Looking For: - IICRC WRT required (ASD/FSRT preferred) - 2+ years mitigation experience - Experience running water/mold jobs independently - Comfortable communicating with homeowners & adjusters - Valid driver’s license with clean record - Ability to work on-call rotation - Tech-savvy and comfortable with job documentation software What You’ll Do: - Lead residential and commercial mitigation projects (water, mold, fire) - Perform moisture mapping and determine dry-down strategy - Document jobs accurately in RMS and provide 24-hour reports - Communicate with adjusters and facilitate approvals - Schedule vendors (plumbers, roofers, testing, dumpsters) - Maintain organized equipment and truck - Mentor and lead technicians on job sites - Participate in on-call rotation Team Compensation and Benefits: We support and hire V...
