Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Manager I to lead projects with professionalism, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage overall financial health of projects Support and lead EPC contract negotiations, including technical exhibits and project schedules Lead vendor procurement and bid/award phase for major subs and suppliers Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections Allocate project estimate into financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices Provide financials and billings to accounting, create monthly owner billings Manage subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and selections of trade partners Handle billings, contract management, and change orders Manage and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, approve timecards, provide feedback QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Construction , Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience M...
