Imaging Manager | Spire Murrayfield Hospital, Edinburgh | Full time | Competitive Salary Spire Murrayfield Hospital is recruiting for a Imaging Manager to run the Imaging department on a day to day basis. Duties and responsibilities: - Plan staff rotas and skill mix maximising the staff resource and equipment capacity across the departments - Line manage and develop a discrete team within the department including performance matters - To be actively involved in the recruitment of new members of staff - Give judgement on a variety of complex clinical, staff & operational problems - Undertake clinical duties and participate in the 7 day services/ on-call when necessary - Take the highly specialist lead role in the Imaging department consummate to expertise - Act as a Specialist Diagnostic Imaging resource for the multi-disciplinary team and Radiographers within Spire Healthcare - Undertake evidence based projects, including recommendations for changes in practice Benefits: We offer employees a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to: We commit to our employees well-being through work life balance, on-going development, suppo...
