Brief Description: The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and administering all HR programs and processes for multiple Patterson-UTI organizations. The role partners closely with Company leaders to drive organizational planning and development; serves as a key advisor for employee and manager consultation and coaching; manage employee relations and investigation matters; and execute integration strategies resulting from mergers and acquisitions, where applicable. This role will also play a critical part in the Company’s training and development; recruiting and onboarding; compensation guidance and alignment; employee retention and engagement activities and initiatives. This position will work under the direction of the Director, Human Resources .
