The team you'll be joining At Doctolib, the Performance Marketing team is responsible for acquiring, converting, activating & engaging Healthcare Professionals across France, Italy and Germany, while reaching the best ROI. We're a team of 12 highly motivated people organized around 3 pillars: Website, CRM, and Paid Acquisition. We work at the intersection of marketing, data and technology. We use modern tools (Braze, BigQuery, Amplitude, Claude Code) and we're in the middle of a full AI transformation — not as a buzzword, but as a real shift in how we work every day. What you'll do: As a Digital Analytics & CRO Lead, you'll be the analytical backbone of the Performance Marketing team.
