The DataX and Economics teams sit within WIB DDAI (Data, Digital & AI) and deliver data-driven products and insights to external institutional clients, while Economics provides macroeconomic research and forecasts that shapes Westpac's market voice. If you’re a highly experienced Data Science SME who is a hands-on builder and thrives on translating complex ideas into real-world, production-grade solutions—this is your platform to shine! Working within the DataX + Economics partnership , you’ll leverage shared data assets, modern tooling, and scalable platforms to deliver high-impact outcomes for institutional clients and internal research.
