Overview: **This position is located at our Sterling, VA branch. To support in-person collaboration and operational needs, candidates must reside within a 30-minute commute of Sterling, VA.** The Shield Co. The Start Technician (Start Tech) is responsible for providing 5-star customer service to new customers, performing the first pest control application by applying chemicals and other manual solutions to eliminate pests.
