THE POSITION: Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking to add an In-House Counsel to our legal team with a minimum of 3 years of experience working at a nationally-recognized law firm or in-house at an internet/technology company to provide legal support for all labor and employment matters. Reporting to the Labor and Employment Counsel Senior Director, this position will work with many of FanDuel’s business teams. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN: Everyone on our team has a part to play - Provide legal guidance to colleagues in Human Resources and other key business partners regarding all substantive employment law areas as directed by the Senior Director – Labor and Employment. - Assist with providing employment legal advice in a broad range of employment related matters, including employee relations, leaves, accommodations, wage and hour, immigration, and protective covenants. - Draft and counsel on employment-related documents, including c...
