You’ll also serve as a people manager, mentor, and coach for the engineers, overseeing performance management, growth opportunities, and accountability. The Content Access Platform (CAP) team runs large-scale, globally distributed systems for millions of players. CAP creates the systems that power the purchasing and fulfillment experiences that all of Riot's players use. Custom catalogs for virtual goods, a full featured gifting system, and a robust, multi-stage fulfillment pipeline are only a few of the mission critical services the team builds and operates.
