General Job Description: As a Project Group Intern, you will report to one of our experienced Project Managers. Your work assignments will vary but may include assisting with project execution, trade coordination, scheduling, document management, and/or the coordination of design and installation with Project Management, Construction, and Service Departments. Supervises: N/A: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.): - Field engineering: assist with project execution, trade coordination, scheduling, document management and problem solving. - Surveying existing buildings (for retrofits), identifying opportunities for improvement - Assisting in completing preliminary designs, proposal data, and costs. - Collaborating with our Purchasing Department regarding price, delivery, and other specs for purchased items. - Assisting in coordinating installation procedures among Engineering, Construction, and other stakeholders. - Assisting in writing letters, memos, contracts, change orders, and other documents related to the project. - Assisting with estimation - Other duties as directed by partnering Projec...
