The Hartford’s Innovation Center of Excellence is seeking a Generative AI Solution Consultant to help transform business processes through the strategic application of AI technologies. This role bridges cutting-edge generative AI capabilities with real-world business challenges, driving innovation and measurable outcomes across Claims and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Be an expert in AI and Generative AI technologies, staying current on emerging tools and methodologies. Serve as a coach and mentor to leaders across the organization, upskilling them in Generative AI concepts, tools, and best practices. Design, build, test and refine generative AI solutions; including prompts, agents and other applications across diverse business use cases.
