Working Pattern: 3 days in the office minimum, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.: The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Buyer to join the team, with a particular focus on Upholstery. The role involves developing a commercially successful product range by building strong relationships with both suppliers and the brands themselves, analysing data to plan across all categories. Collaboration with designers and merchandisers is key to this process. With our online business constantly growing, Total Platform continuing to strengthen and our retail stores remaining distinguished for our customer base, our buyers have a big responsibility to create attractive and profitable product ranges across the business. They collaborate with our Designers, Brands, Merchandisers and Technologists to put together stylish new collections for every season. What You’ll Take On The Upholstery team uses a wide range of sources for inspiration; travelling to mills across Europe for fabric and visiting new travel destinations, homeware shows and hotels & restaurants, in order to continually innovate, making the category both fast paced and exciting.
