We are working closely alongside with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of an Estate Services Cleaner , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £12.71 - £16.43 per hour Summary: Deliver a high-quality cleaning service across communal internal and external estate areas, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for residents. Act as a key front-line presence, reporting repairs and supporting overall estate upkeep. Responsibilities: - Carry out general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, litter picking) - Maintain refuse areas, bins, and chutes to a clean and hygienic standard - Use cleaning equipment and machinery (e.g. jet washers, steam cleaners – training provided) - Report repairs, defects, and health & safety concerns - Provide cover for colleagues when required Essential Requirements: - Ability to carry out physically demanding work - Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team - Strong awareness of health & safety practices - Good communication and customer service skills Please note: Disclaimer : Brackenb...
