JOB SUMMARY: - Reporting to Commercial Manager, MCL, the role will play a major role in supporting billing and labour analysis for the Marsden Park operations within the network. - The Commercial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the commercial, operations, and finance teams within a 3PL environment. This position is responsible for analysing customer performance, pricing models, operational costs, and market trends to drive profitability, improve decision-making, and support strategic growth initiatives. - Supporting with commercial analysis across the network such as new business opportunities, customer profitability and annual rise and fall applications. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Financial analysis, Process & Controls (40%) Financial Analysis – financial analysis and modeling; supports budgeting and forecasting; identifies insights from budgets and management reports to provide concise commentary. Increase controls for PO, procurement and monthly P&L reporting. Billing – Designing and implementing processes and tools to ensure consistent, accurate and timely data to be used for customer billing.
