Purpose of the Role The main purpose of the role is supervising all aspects of the Day to day running and maintenance of the property or properties under your control and ensuring the immediate supervision of staff (if appropriate) and contractors and ensuring the required standards are achieved and maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: · Ensure that high standards of property presentation and customer service are achieved and maintained at all times · Ensure that all Savills property management and compliance systems are kept up to date at all times · Ensure all Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly checklists are completed within the required timeframes and uploaded onto Datastation and Compass. · Ensure all actions resulting from audits are updated and completed within the required time frames · Ensure that PPM’s and routine checks completed by contractors are completed within the required time frame, ensure that records are maintained for; intruder alarms, fire, water, hygiene, repair order, heating system, lighting · Ensure contractors carry out their work to a high standard and maintain site standards.
